RETURN & REFUNDS

*Any product purchased between November 1st and December 22nd 2023 will automatically be considered a gift. To add even more convenience to your holiday season, we're extending our return period to a generous 60 days. That's an additional 30 days beyond our standard return policy.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled so we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a refund once you receive your product.

Returns Policy (if applicable)

Our returns policy forms part of our main terms of business. By purchasing from us, you agree to both this returns policy and our terms of business.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must use our easy RETURN & EXCHANGE PORTAL. The products must be in the same condition. Items must be unused and resalable, as new, including undamaged packaging and all included inserts. Failure to do so may result in your refund or exchange being refused. We do not offer prepaid return labels.

Strapology watch straps are sold as jewellery items, intended to be worn against a person’s skin. As such, we adhere to strict hygiene policies. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items if the packaging / security seal shows any signs of being opened / tampered with. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. Strap measurements are provided on our product pages. As stated above, for hygiene reasons straps that have been worn / tried on cannot be returned.


Refunds (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds (Damaged / Faulty)

Please inspect your item within 24 hours since delivery and please report any Damaged/Faulty item in the given period.
After that we can't be sure you didn't damage it yourself and a refund won't be possible anymore.
Please send us pictures that reflects the issue at contact@strapology.co.uk and send your item as instructed.

We do not offer prepaid return labels.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account, due to factors that we can't control (bank processing times, etc.). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days since we issue it, please contact us at contact@strapology.co.uk


Exchanges (if applicable)

You must use our easy RETURN & EXCHANGE PORTAL for exchanges and returns.

Each item from Strapology is hand checked by a member of Strapology Team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your watch strap, charger etc. arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

If you are not happy with the model or with the colour we offer hustle free exchange on unused items, this policy is available for 30 days since delivery.

Please report any Damaged/Faulty product in the first 24 hours since delivery and we will send a replacement. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
